I've been to Bluewater a few times, but when i used to live in Essex i mainly went to Lakeside. Everything i needed under one roof, i loved it. There's no decent shopping centres where i live now Xx

I've heard about the Childhood place, it sounds fantastic. Climbing is such a good idea. I'm going to pass on the ice skating, I can't even roller skate!

Step Aerobics? You're braver than me! I'd rather toil alone over a treadmill before exposing my unco-ordinated self to an exercise class! I've done two spinning classes and an aquarobics - have you done soinning? that'll whoop you into shape. I ached for a week the first time!

Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood has many fond memories for me. Could you do a Monopoly board of cafes? Take yourself to a new high street/market and people spot?

How about looking for something different like somewhere with a climbing wall, a canoe club, dry slope skiing, ice skating? I had so many plans for this summer, including the climbing wall and canoe club but its had to go on hold until after Bump! :)

Yeah way too easy!!! I would swim every day but there is nowhere nearby with a pool, such a bummer. I'm doing step aerobics and once I get up to a level where I wont look like a prat I'll probably go for a run. Thanks hun x

glad you're on the mend, don't jump ship at work until you have summat else lined up! I can give you gym suggestions - how about a 3k run twice a week and a 20 length swim the third day? or is that too easy? ;)

I am currently full of energy, although using it proves to be a problem as my legs are getting wobbly. Some nice scented candles and soothing music with that and it sounds like a plan! x

I got to sleep at 5.15 in the end only to get up at 7. To be fair, I did attempt the sensible thing first and picked up the laptop after tossing and turning for two hours or so.
