... and we haven't even gone away yet. Everywhere we pick is a trauma. The flights are either really silly times of the day or they can't take a booking for three people. Some though, and this is what gets me, will do a booking for two people and a single person but not for three?! Where is the logic in that? Doing it that way though cost more money in insurance and transfer fees.

Booking a holiday is never this traumatising normally. All I want is a pool, a gym, some sun and a cocktail. Am I asking too much? People keep saying to me "why don't you go to Barcelona or Paris?" I would love to go to Barcelona and I loved Paris but I want a holiday. Two weeks of doing nothing, and when I tell you thats what my idea of a holiday is do not just come back at me and say "oh no, going on a holiday is seeing lots of sights and things." It may well be for you but for me thats what long weekends are for. ARGH! Sorry I needed an outburst, I'm fed up of people telling me what I should want from a holiday... I want to be away from all of you... thats what a holiday is for.

NOTE: When I say "away from all of you", I do not mean wonderful blogging people. I mean people who can't mind their own business.
